Spacious rooms with convenient access

The rooms were spacious and equipped with a nice kitchen, making it feel like home. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the main train station and the attached mall. The staff were polite and helpful, which added to the comfort of my stay. However, the breakfast options were very average and could be improved.

ascott is a fantastic place to stay! my studio premier room was bright with windows on two sides and had multiple full-length mirrors. the staff was super friendly and helpful. the fitness center and outdoor swimming pool were perfect for a relaxing break after a day out.

This place is perfect for a comfy family stay! With spacious rooms featuring a living area, kitchen, and lovely views, we really enjoyed our time. The huge swimming pool was a hit, especially for the kids who loved the splash area! Plus, the hotel is close to Little India for exploring local cuisine. Had a great experience using the locker room to freshen up before heading to the airport.

I enjoyed the spacious and super comfy studio. The staff here were incredibly nice. one morning it was pouring rain, and they even took me to KL Sentral so I didn’t get soaked.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was still acceptable.

We spent 5 nights in a spacious Studio Premier where the kids enjoyed cooking with the stove and microwave. The nearby Little India offered delicious food options, adding to our experience. Don't miss the lovely pool area for some family fun! Perfect for a relaxing stay in Kuala Lumpur.

The Studio Premier room exceeded expectations with its bright atmosphere from natural light and ample space, making it a comfortable choice during my two-night stay. The kitchenette was impressively clean and well-maintained, featuring a surprising coffee machine which added a nice touch. However, some amenities weren’t restocked daily, and extra charges for bottled water felt a bit excessive for a four-star property. Despite these issues, the welcoming staff and convenient location near KL Sentral made the experience worthwhile.
